After a 35-year career in the Royal Australian Air Force, 30 of them in leadership positions, Guy is passionate about the romance and adventure of aviation and the transformative power of leadership. He is excited to be giving back in both fields as they have given him so much. He manages his leadership coaching and aviation consultancy while also working part-time for the RAAF in project management and senior leader mentoring roles. Guy is happily married to Jenny, has two wonderful daughters and outside work keeps fit at the gym and tries to enjoy golf despite failing miserably to master it!
